Pentalver operates a Quality Assurance system to BS ISO 9001:2000 standard. This is managed internally by a dedicated Quality Assurance Manager, with external assistance provided by a QA consultant. Audits are carried out internally and externally, by both our QA consultant and Lloyds Register (LRQA).

Pentalver believes that an effective quality management system must be driven by specific goals and that those objectives must be measurable. It is the company’s quality policy objective to:

• To endeavour to fulfil our customers’ requirements at all times
• To always meet the requirements of current legislation
• Maintain accreditation to BS EN ISO 9001:2000 standard

During 2008, Pentalver adopted Lean Six Sigma methodology to further enhance the Company’s ability to meet the needs of its customers, whilst minimising costs.
