Pentalver is proud of its long history of serving the Ministry of Defence and other areas of the UK Government and the civil service. These relationships have existed since the Falklands Conflict of 1982. Pentalver has supported the MOD's logistical operations for both Gulf conflicts and numerous training manoeuvres.

IIn 2003, Pentalver developed a prototype diesel-electric refrigerated container for use in the desert theatre, capable of running independently in the field. The idea was demonstrated for Ministry of Defence officials who shortly thereafter placed an order for some two hundred units. Many of these containers are still serving the armed forces in the deserts of the Middle East.

More recently, Pentalver was awarded a contract to operate a weekly liner service from the UK and Europe to Kuwait and Iraq, providing a door-to-door logistics solution for the British Army in support of Operation TELIC.

Amongst other contracts, Pentalver are involved in the Falkland Islands Resupply Service (FIRS), and the leasing of ISO shipping containers to the Ministry of Defence throughout the world.
